01. Before the shoot
A few days before the shoot our photographer will call you to introduce him/herself
and discuss what style of shoot you are looking for. You will also discuss the type
of images you want to capture and whether you have any special requirements.

02. The shoot
If you have chosen a home shoot then on the day of the shoot your photographer will
arrive in good time to set up. We offer two styles of photography, a studio-style and
a style using natural light. Families don’t have to limit themselves to the home, we can move
into the garden or even a nearby park! Pets are always welcome too. Studio sessions generally
take up to an hour. All sessions will be relaxed and fun, and our photographer will not
finish until we have captured the results you are after.

03. Viewing your images
Your images will be uploaded to our website about a week after the shoot. Because we
know the way an image is displayed is vitally important we also offer a bespoke viewing
service at your home. There we will show you your images without copyright and you can view
our range and the quality of our finishes. Our experience can help you decide which options
would work for you and what would best suit your home.

04. Delivery
Digital images are normally delivered approximately 2 weeks after order. Frames
& canvases and other products may take up to six weeks.
