01. Consultation
After an appointment has been made, Return to Account manager will visit you to show
examples of our work and to discuss your requirements. Together you will consider
what style of shoot is suitable, what dates are convenient and the structure of
your commission deal or marketing package.

02. Organisation
In the weeks before the shoot, we will send you posters and leaflets together with
our website link for you to pass on to your parents. We will also provide a schedule
of important dates, contact names and numbers. Our photographer will call you a
few days before the shoot to introduce him/herself and to answer any last minute
questions you might have.

03. The Shoot
On the day of the shoot your photographer will arrive in good time to set up. He/she
will work as quickly as possible, whilst striving to capture beautiful images of
every child. Please ensure the children are clean before they are photographed and
work with our photographer to ensure a smooth, efficient and happy flow of children.

04. Ordering
Approximately a week after the shoot, your parents will receive secure login details so they can view and purchase their images from our website. They can choose from a wide range of products and complete their order through our secure online payment facility. Download orders can be received the same working day.

05. Review and Feedback
After the shoot we will contact you to get your feedback from the shoot. We are
always open to suggestions and value your feedback, whether good or bad.
